Needs further assessment & assistance

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Please let me know the blood pressure readings so that I am better able to help you.
Small fluctuations (approximately 10 mm Hg) are normal during the course of the day, as also physical and mental activity. Large fluctuations need further investigation – like 24-hour ambulatory monitoring of the pressure (Holter monitor) for documentation … Special investigations like adrenal hormones may be needed.
Kidney or heart specialist (Nephrologist or Cardiologist) is the ideal person for further assessment and assistance…
There are many CLASSES of drugs – Calcium Channel Blocker (CCB),      Beta- Blocker, Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) Inhibitor, Diuretic, Angiotensin Receptor Blocker (ARB), Direct Renin Inhibitor individually or in different permutation, combination. There are several drugs in each class. Each drug has a dose range. Most people need 2 or 3 drugs. Prognosis is generally excellent in most situations     The treating doctor alone could conclude better based on total clinical picture…

Good luck
God bless you
