Brief Answer:
Respiratory tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
She seems to be suffering from respiratory tract infection.
She needs to start a broad spectrum antibiotics like cefixime.
The other two medicines she is taking are fine.
Steam inhalation and warm saline gargle will be beneficial to her.
It may take about 3 days to resolve.
If condition does not improve she needs to see a doctor in 24 to 48 hours.
Hope I have answered your query.
If any thing else you are welcome.
Good luck.
