Brief Answer:
viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
1. Based on your history and description it looks like a viral infection. Fever cold and stomach ache is common in viral infection.

2. Grenil has paracetamol for fever and domperidone for vomiting. If she has both you can give Grenil. If no vomiting give only paracetamol. Dose for her would be 5 ml of paracetamol 250 syrup every 6 hours if fever is present.
For cold you can try antihistamines like tminic syrup. I usually prescribe around 5ml twice daily for few days.

3. You can keep these medicines I mentioned. Ensure mineral water and
4. bland diet ( non spicy non oily) in journey. Restrict sugars and sweets too.
If vomiting continuously keep oral rehydration solutions like electral to drink for maintaining hydration.

5. Crying a lot could indicate a more severe gastritis.
If fever does not settle in a day or two or if she becomes dull with low urine output, you need to consult your doctor before travel.
Infections like dengue malaria and typhoid need to be ruled out if fever lasts more than another 2 days.

Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.

Dr Arun

Brief Answer:
antibiotics not required

Detailed Answer:
Yes you can give XXXXXXX p.
But avoid combiflam as it can worsen abdominal pain and gastritis.
Antibiotics should not be given now.
If fever does not settle in another 1 to 2 days, consult your doctor, get her examined, blood tests if required. Antibiotics may be given only after clinical examination.
It is better to get her checked up once before travel.
Regards
