Brief Answer:
Viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns. It seems that you have caught a viral infection. In order to relieve fever and body aches please take an antipyretic analgesic such as ibuprofen tablets 50 mg every 8 hours. In order to relieve cough you need to take an expectorant. it is preferred to take an expectorant that contains guaifenesin such as Mucinex. you also need a cough suppressant before going to bed such as dexomethorphan. You should drink plenty of water to avoid mucus from getting thick. In order to relieve chest sourness try to inhale some humidified air. If within three days you didn't get better then you may need to add an antibiotic as there might be a superadded bacterial infection.

I hope I answered your question. If you don't have any other clarifications then please close the discussion and rate the answer.
