Question: doctor, I need your help .....Im having fever (38) an feeling tired .....could you please read my exposure ....plus I having blurring during urinating and some weird green spots on my underwater ....I'm so scare ???? dose this related to hiv symptoms........please answer me

I read and understand your concern. I am Dr Arun Tank Infectious disease specialist answering your concern.

This symptoms is not related to HIV.

With only genital rubbing and ejaculation over the chest dose not mean you are exposed to HIV.

I had read your exposure and your scenario, kindly answer the above with this so I can answer your health query.

1. Is this green color because of the discharge or it has green colored urine itself?

I dont know ,I just noticed green spot on my underwaer .....thanks what about my fever as now I'm having 38 c with mild headache?? I'm so scary???

my question to u :
1. do u think this symptoms it's hiv related or just bacteria infection after 18 days of gov exposure
2. does the hiv fever goes by voltarin injection as my temp now after is back to normal

Hi dear,

Thank you for asking query.

To sum up your health summary fever, burning in urine, green discharge (possibly), headache and massage parlor exposure, I suspect that it is the urethritis.

Green yellow or greyish discharge can be seen in gonorrhea but this should be confirmed.

This pathogen is not HIV dependent. It is a STD or sexually transmitted disease.

I advice you should confirm the problem with laboratory. You can do Grams staining from the green thing coming out. This will tell you the possible pathogen. Gonorrhea will be reported as Grams negative diplococci.

Ceftriaxone injection 1 gm can cure the gonorrhea pathogen. Please take advice of the doctor before you take the drug.

Please avoid sex till you are all cured. Also maintain the good local hygiene and cleanliness this will help cure the infection at earliest.

So in short answer of your problem is as below.

1. It is bacterial infection.

2. Fever and headache will go with paracetamol. Voltirin is diclofenac and is a analgesic.

thanks for your answer actually yesterday I went to ER and they examine me as aggressive bacteria infection in my urine.....attached my urine test ..do u think it's just my bad luck or I shall worry about hiv...thanks again...I'm too confused..

I have gone through the attached report of urine routine and microscopic examination.

As this report is not a culture report we will not come to known about the possible pathogen responsible.

To know the organisms I advice you to do Grams staining, culture and sensitivity.

But as per the attached report it is not a problem related to the HIV. I can say it is bad luck because of some other pathogen than HIV.
