Brief answer....given below
Detailed answer.....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understood your concern.
First of all I would like to assure you that fatty over is a reversible condition but it takes time and one has to be patient.
Another important point I would want to state is that There are no proven medications to treat fatty liver.
Most important part of treatment involves...
1.... dietary changes where you should avoid fatty diet, junk foods, colas, sweets, avoiding foods having high glycemic index like refined carbohydrate, rice, white bread, potatoes etc.Quit alcohol
2... Regular vigorous exercises and shedding of weight. If you think that you are not able to do proper exercises, you can consult a physical trainer in some gym.
3... take drugs like statins for control of your high cholesterol.Treat diabetes and hypertension,if you are having it.
4... drink plenty of water and consume more of fresh fruits, green vegetables and nuts.
5.. can take VIT E,selenium and omega 3 fatty acids, although their role is doubtful.
6... There are no proven medicines to treat it and hence medicines you are taking for this have a doubtful role.
7.., Get your VIT D estimation done and if it is low, then take it in proper dosage ( talk to your doctor regarding this )
8... you have to be patient as it takes 6 months to 9 months for fatty liver to improve.Your goal should be to reduce your weight by a 1 to 2 kg a month.
Don't worry as every thing should settle soon
UDILIV results in diarrhea.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
