Question: Have body aches,,,extreme fatigue, congestion in my nasal passages, no fever, ....I guess flu symptoms sans any fever which is going on two weeks.Have taken augmentin for three days....will this have an effect on how I feel

The symptoms you are suffering from do suggest of a viral flu,

As you have already taken Augmentin continue and finish the course ie. 625 mg 3 times a day for 5 or 7 days.

For body aches you can take any over the counter available antipyretics like aceclofenac with paracetamol.

Congestion in the nasal passage will get relieved by steam inhalations.

Augmentin will not cause any side effects like body pain and nasal congestion. Even though it doesn't have any effect in viral flu, It will make you feel better.
And any underlying secondary bacterial infections will be cured.
