Brief Answer:
Consult ENT specialist earliest.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query on Health care magic Platform.
I have read your query & understood your concern.
The chronic sinusitis you have is is inflammation of sinuses due to blockage of their openings - which in turn follows inflammation/ infection of nasal passage ( common cold ). The basic cause of the problem can be allergy/ infection ( bacterial or viral )
Ear , nose & throat are connected through a tube ( Eustachian tube ), Normally it maintains air pressure in middle ear in order to maintain pressure on ear drum & middle ear Also clears any mucus collected in middle ear & helps in healthy condition.
when inflammation of Nasal cavity or throat is carried to Eustachian tube.. it gets blocked.. the air pressure in air is changed, excessive mucus gets collected in middle ear..& infection too can set in causing the symptoms ( Nasal inhalation of vapor/ hot saline gargles sooth the symptoms to some extent.
* Disequilibrium you have is due to middle ear involvement following the chronic sinusitis .
Forgetfulness, foggy thinking, & depression are consequences of psychological effects of the disease & fatigue follows the physical stress & lesser nutrition due to affected appetite.
** In this scenario I would immediate advise of an ENT surgeon, get investigated as per his advise & seek prescription for suitable medications ( including antibiotic, anti allergic pills, decongestants as per need )orally / nasally & follow his instructions strictly... including changes in life style.
Mostly Eustachian tube blocks get relieved in weeks time.. so please don't be worried.
I hope the answer has been informative & useful to you. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
