Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to be facing a problem of Secondary Erectile Dysfunction since last 3 months .

1) Is your diabetes well controlled with medications that you are taking ?

Secondary ejaculation is a common problem which normally gets resolved spontaneously .However in majority of cases it is psychological in origin and is due to what is called as performance anxiety.Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.

Brief Answer:
Your diabetes is poorly controled

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

HBA1c of 8 suggest that your diabetes is not controlled at all .

Consult Diabetologist for evaluation and to modify drug regime .

Diabetes is one of the prime factor for sexual dysfunctions .

You can take Viagra 50 mg one hour before planned sex .You may increase the dose up to 100 mg if you do not get hard erection to have satisfactory sex .

Mild head ache and drowsiness are the known side effects of Viagra which last for few hours but one gets accustomed to it after taking 5-7 doses .

It will not have any adverse effect on baby .

Green vegetables and fruits are rich in Zinc .

Thanks and Regards.
