Brief Answer:
Occasional loss of erection is not a big problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. ED or erectile dysfunction occurs due to a number of reasons. Most common reason is psychological erectile dysfunction. In most cases due to some underlying stress or some learned behaviour there occurs loss of erection. Other causes are diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyper-prolactenemia, abnormal testosterone levels etc. So get your blood pressure checked to rule out hypertension. Also get your blood sugar levels, prolactin and testosterone levels checked to rule out these conditions.

Your problem is not persistent and occurred only 3 times in past two years. This also rules out any organic cause of erectile dysfunction. Occasional loss of erection can occur in any healthy individual. Stress, work pressure, lack of proper foreplay, poor response of partner etc are common causes for such incidences. So there is no need to worry for such issues, you just have to ignore such episodes and just remain relaxed. This is not a problem.

Occasional use of Suhagra or Sildenafil is also not a problem. The drug helps to maintain good and hard erection and you can take the drug without any worries. Just avoid taking the drug on regular basis.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.

Take care

Brief Answer:
Herbal supplements can help

Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for asking a follow up

Some times when an individual is not regularly involved in sexual intercourse they suffer stress prior to sex about performance, about safe place, some times guilt also. All these things result in loss of erection. If you are getting erections during masturbation but not during intercourse then most likely cause is psychological. Early morning erections once or twice in a week are normal, no need to worry.

Yes you can start herbal supplements if you want. Take diets rich in proteins and complex carbs and low in fats. This will help in improvement. Medicines like Tantex Forte, Confido both are herbal supplements and can help in improvement of libido and thus erection. Both can be used without any worries and free of serious side effects. One to two tablets twice a day of each medicines for 1-2 months results in great changes. You can go for these medicines.

If needed Sildenafil, Tadalafil are other options but you have to take prescription for these medicines.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.
