Suggest Treatment For Ear Congestion

Question: Hi Doctor,
My Wife XXXXXXX is suffering from ear infection with ear blockage from a month ago.
We have consulted several doctors and took the medicines but still not yet cured.
Her two ears are blocked, doctor said the pipe connecting ear and nose is filled with mucus, hence infection and blockage. Could you please advice on the medicines and faster remedy from this problem.

According to the complaints it is probably eustachian tube blockage but it is not that painful.
Please tell me what investigations you have undergone and what medicines have u been taking so far?
Does she have any history of frequent nasal infections or throat infection in the recent past?
any ear discharge?
Any hearing difficulty?
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.

History: She has sinus

Now she is not having any sinus or cold.

Current medications: started from 28th April
Adpax 625 daily thrice
Solvin - 1/day
R-MOL - 1/day
Defiking 30M - 2/day

13th April to 23rd April:

she took below medicines:

Cefan 500
T.solvin
R.MOL
Fylin
Defiking

Thanks for the information.
Continue with the medicines she is taking. Along with them give her xylometazoline nasal drops three to four times a day.
Give steam inhalation and chew a gum that will also help decongest the tube.
Do these for at least a week.
Get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me the pictures so that I can suggest you better.
