Question: Excessively dry mouth Strange taste.Geographic tongue (dentist diagnosed) diorreah, severe pain in left side just under ribs going through to back and often the muscles at site of pain in back go into a kind of ripple. Craving for sugary foods and unable to satisfy hunger needing to eat all the time especially after 6PM overweight but stable weight. Extreme fatigue cannot stay awake some days. History of high levels of potassium on routine blood tests not investigaged it is intermittent but levels are high (6). Just finished course of high Vit D as levels were very low (20) normal now. Dry eyes with intermittent pressure and glaucoma clinic tell me that they cannot understand why the pressure is fluctuating but that I do not have glaucoma.
Only tests have been Cat scan and MRI both showing adenoma on left adrenal gland and benign lessions in liver.
My question is the symptoms I am having could this all be connected I have not told the doctor anything other than I have diarreah should I tell the doctors
