Brief Answer:
Diabetes and urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms indicate urinary tract infection (kidney infection most likely) and diabetes.
Frequent urinating and hard urination start are quite characteristic symptoms of urinary tract infection. Nausea is usually present when the infection reaches kidneys. You may also have lower abdominal pain, back pain, fever, burning while urinating.
Dry mouth indicates dehydration. Frequent urinating, nausea and dry mouth can all be caused by diabetes. As diabetes makes you prone to infections, urinary tract infection and diabetes seems the most probable diagnosis. Your urine may have strange smell.
Dizziness also indicates dehydration and/or high blood sugar level.

I suggest you to do not wait with it. Please consult your doctor as soon as possible. Blood work, urine analysis should be done at first.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
