Suggest Treatment For Dry Lips With Several Open Slits/ Sores

Question: I have a lip that is dry and has several open slits/ sores. It cannot be covered and I fear tetanus with forced air heat on and blowing all over , we live in farming area.
Can't seem to heal it , I keep putting hydrogen peroxide bc I don't want to put something on it thAt will infect it
Please help
