Brief Answer:
Cheilitis, topical steroid, moisturising cream & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints and you seem to have developed cheilitis which is inflammation of the lips.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising cream containing white soft paraffin on the entire lips 3-4 times in a day.
Besides this take antihistaminic like tablet Fexofenadine 180 mg once daily.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Avoid using any lipsticks or other cosmetics on the lips, avoid sun exposure and extremes of temperature.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
