Brief Answer:
Yes, you can increase the dose carvedilol to 6.25mg twice or lisinopril to 40mg

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

You mentioned about he dizziness, this can very well be due to high BP and also due to low pulse rate. So before you go ahead, I would advice, just check your pulse rate. If it is less than 60 then dose of carvedilol should not be increased. Otherwise if pulse rate is more than 70 then dose of carvedilol can be safely increased to 6.25 mg twice a day.

Secondly dose of lisinopril can also be increased to 40 mg but you should get Potassium levels done before increasing the dose.

My advice is to start yourself on tab Amlodipine 5 mg once a day, if BP is more than 160 mmhg or else 2.5 if mildly elevated, instead of lisinopril and if pulse rate is low. If pulse rate is more than 70 then you increase carvedilol.

Finally I would advice to see a doctor/cardiologist and get dose modified. Among all these medications, amlodipine is safest and need no special monitoring. Also restrict salt intake and do regular exercise.

Regards
