Brief Answer:
You need to take physiotherapy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. You are having disc prolapse and nerve compression. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Avoid keeping neck in same position for long time like watching TV or using laptop,
2.Intermittent cervical traction exercises.
3.Avoid using very high pillow. Avoid using driving or any jerky activity.
4.I would recommend you tablet Pregabalin M .This also has vitamin B12. Which is useful for nerve healing.
I hope these steps will help you. You can use Medrol tablet if pain is unbearable.
