Brief Answer:
Urgent care- Emergency room / Hospital

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

This can be a serious problem.

I think you should consult Emergency Room / Hospital for admission, to have a detailed clinical examination, correction of any dehydration or medical problem, investigations of blood, ultrasonography and to have catheter in the urinary bladder to see whether there is inability to pass urine or it is a kidney and other organ problem.

On admission everything will be taken care of.

Please feel free to provide more information / history.

I can finally urinate & finally had bowel movement which then turned into diarrhea.I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome many many years ago. It's become worse in the past few years. Can this be caused by stress or psychiatric meds I'm on? I also have terrible anxiety disorder--I am stressed 24/7.

Brief Answer:
Thanks for feedback .

Detailed Answer:
Yes, indeed.
The stress, Medicines can affect the bowel movements easily.
IBS- Irritable Bowel Syndrome is mainly caused by the stress and anxiety.

Yet, on the safer side regular investigations to rule out the somatic/ organic lesion should be done, for such incidences to be related to the psychological problems.
