Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Focusing And ADHD

Question: I have been having problems. Not ablend to stay still. Leveling jobs unfinished at work and moving on to the next. I've become very loud and not really focused on my day to day activities. I had ADHD when I was younger but I thought it went away. I'm 28 now and don't know if is coming back.

What you are describing could be ADHD or generalized anxiety. The treatment for ADHD is either a stimulant or behavioral therapy. The treatment for anxiety is an SSRI antidepressant or cognitive therapy. It seems the best option for you either way is psychotherapy, which is what I recommend.

I have done therapy in the past and it didn't work so good. I don't know what a SSRI is.

An SSRI is an antidepressant medication like Zoloft or Lexapro. One of these would almost certainly help your symptoms, along with a recommittment to prolonged psychotherapy.
