Lipid lowering drugs need to be added

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The interpretation of your test reports is as follows:
The liver function test shows elevated levels of SGOT and SGPT.
These two enzymes are increased in any cause which leads to damage to the hepatocytes or liver cells.
There is no abnormality in the bilirubin metabolism.

The kidney function test is within normal limits.

The lipid profile shows an elevated levels of LDL cholesterol. Since, you are suffering from hypertension and diabetes mellitus, elevated lipid increase the likelihood of cardiovascular diseases.
Thus, you need to consult your physician for drugs which will lower LDL cholesterol.

The level of TSH is normal.

The level of glycosylated hemoglobin shows fair control of blood glucose.
Fasting blood glucose and post-prandial blood glucose should be regularly monitored.
Glycosylated hemoglobin should be repeated after every 3 months.

For epilepsy the enti=epileptic drugs have to taken regularly.

Blood pressure monitoring should be done regularly.

Since, you are having a large number o co-morbid conditions, regular clinical assessment and relevant tests should be done regularly.
In addition, proper diet low in carbohydrates and fats should be followed.
Diet rich in proteins and fiber should be taken.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
