Brief Answer:
Broad spectrum antifungals work best

Detailed Answer:
My Dear,

Welcome to the website!

I am Dr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX I am a Sr Consultant Dermatologist with Doctor of Medicine in Microbiology as well.

I have noted your concerns.

I understand that you have a ring worm infection. Ring worm responds best to a combination of local as well as systemic (oral) anti fungal agents. I deal with at least a hundred such cases every month.

For most of my patients, the best strategy that works is to use a broad spectrum anti fungal agent like Terbinafine in conjunction with Miconazole or Clotrimazole in either cream or solution form applied several times a day.

Use of anti allergics like Cetirizine relieves itching promptly.

I am sure you will make use of the given information for fastest recovery.

Best wishes.
