Suggest Treatment For Dandruff And Itchy Scalp
Question: sir/mam, i am suffering from severe hair dandruff. i daily shampoo but then also dandruff comes and itching also. when i sweat under the sun, then my scalp itches very much. i am currently using ketoconazole based shampoo and till previous week, sebowash shampoo. but very little releif than other regular shampoo. i am feeling that my hair is falling and braking. i am not using any kind of oil also from almost a month. i visited doctor twice but i am not finding solution. doctor once gave sebowash shampoo and latest, ketoconazole based shampoo. even i had a hair cut. dandruff is very light brown in colour. doctor gave me anti-fungal tablets for 4 weeks course, some vitamin tablets, i don't remember the name, hair oil(which worsened my dandruff so i stopped using after 3 days). I don't want to visit any doctor, i am fed up. so, please provide me with complete solution and which can be easily available on the counter.
please help me with above query and another one is that, always the sides of my nose remains red and always itching takes place. above my nose, unwanted small hair is also growing, i m feeling bad. please help me.
