Fever is not likely seen in allergic condition. Therefore since you have recorded temperature of 100 deg F, this is more likely an infective condition. It's too early to predict the nature of infection though.
That being said, most common its from a viral flu which should resolve spontaneously in a few days.
I would start you on the following treatment:
1. Tab Dolo 650mg three times a day
2. Tab Cetrizine 10mg once at night
3. Steam inhalation four times a day
In addition, I recommend drinking lots of fluid and eat plenty of fruits/vegetables.
Watch the progress of symptoms. If symptoms worsen or persist beyond 3 days, consult a local doctor to rule out bacteria infection.
