blood likely due to straining
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Blood can be seen when a person has to strain to pass stool, it is due to trauma in the anal region.
Once the constipation resolves the blood should resolve, if it does not then you may need to be reviewed by your doctor.
Treatment of constipation involves: (1)using at least 8 or more glasses of fluid daily
The use of caffeinated tea, coffee and alcohol do not count because they can cause the body to lose fluids because of the diuretic effect
(2)fiber intake is very important. At least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables plus using whole grain products.
The use of prune juice at this point may help.
If it is difficult to obtain fiber naturally then the use of a fiber supplement would help, eg metamucil, citrucel, benefiber
(3)activity- this may be difficult with a young baby however but physical activity has been shown to help with constipation
(4)may need to use medication at this point to relieve your current problem then start on the lifestyle changes mentioned
Eg of medications - ducolax, fleet
These medications should only be used for the short term, they can cause problems if used consistently.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

unlikely cancer at your age
Detailed Answer:
HI
It is understandable about any issues with the breasts.
It is possible that the lump is a benign (non cancerous) cyst of the ducts or glands in the breast but it would be best to have it assessed. There are also other benign lumps that can occur such fibroadenoma.- this is more likely in your age group.
Breast cancer would be very rare and unlikely at your age unless you have a very strong family history.
You should consider seeing your doctor, though unlikely to be serious, you should still be assessed
