Brief Answer:
Saline nasal spray.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.
During the winter season it is very common for infants and children to get a stuffy nose which persists for a long time, nothing to worry much.
You can use infant saline nasal spray or drops, spray it to each nostril when ever you feel that your kids nose is blocked.

If saline drops are not working, then you have to review with your doctor to start the next level of medicine that is xylometazoline based nasal drops. To start this medicine, a doctor has to see the baby first.

Mean while keep the baby warm, avoid cold air, avoid pollution.
Watch for fever and repeated cough and dull activity, meet the doctor if you find any of these, thanks for writing to us, hope i have cleared your query,

Regards.
