Any remedy for frequent cold leading to nose block?

on over usage they will cause rebound block (rhinitis medicamentosa is the term used for it)
u can do steam inhalations .
but if reason for ur block is allergy u need to use steroid spray.
or if there is a block due to DNS or incr asked six eof tu binaries , it needs correction surgically
