Brief Answer:
Cold/flu symptoms can last up to 2-3 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I am Dr.Rovena
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms you describe are normal if you daughter is having a common cold or a flu.
This is a viral infection of upper respiratory airways and it is normal for her being weak, having sneezing and runny nose, dry cough, watery eyes, low grade fever, fatigue, decrease in appetite and become fussy.

The common cold is a self-limited illness that will resolve spontaneously with time.
You don't need to worry.
Generally, the prognosis for the common cold is excellent. The common cold needs to run its natural course, and most children with the common cold will recover within 2 weeks.

During this time she need rest, eating healthy mostly green vegetables, fruits that contain vitamin C such as orange, chicken soup.
Give her plenty of water to avoid a dehydration.
If she has fever you can give her Ibuprofen or Paracetamol.
She will feeling better day after day.

If she is getting worse, having high fever, vomits, extremely weakness or if this symptoms last more than 2-3 weeks than you need to consult a pediatrician.Otherwise you don't need to worry she will be fine after some days.

Hope I was able to help you.
If you have any other questions please feel free to write me ,I will be happy to help.
Wish a quick and complete recovery to your daughter.
