Question: Hi my friend looked at this and took me it's a wart is this a wart or something else?

I have seen the attached picture it is not clear as I need to see the adjoining area and the location of lesion.
Kindly click the picture from some distance and attach in follow up.
But as much as it is visible it seems like folliculitis and not like a wart.

OK I added more pictures I cleaned it with iodine so it might look slightly yellow in the second picture. It's been there for 10 months.

Thought the site of involvement is still not very clear due to close click.
This is a chronic bartholin cyst which is persisting because of chronic infection and irritation by underclothes.
You need to -
- apply T-bact cream twice a day over the affected area
- take tablet azithromycin 500 mg once a day for 7 days
- take tablet Lyser-D thrice a day for 5 days
- wear cotton based panties
- keep the perineal region clean and dry
Take care of the above points and I hope you will see significant improvement in it.

So my friend is wrong? Wart bumps are over the skin this is under right ?

Since it's so high up near the clitoris could it be a sebaceous cyst?

The area I involved wasn't clear in your pictures but definitely these are not warts and yes it resembles sebaceous cyst or chronic folliculitis.
These bumps are definitely chronic inflammatory lesion post skin infection.
Take the antibiotic and antiinflammatory treatment as per advice and see the response.
You will be relieved most probably but in case there is no improvement then visit a gynecologist for examination.
