Question: i been having chest pain in the centre and on the left upper side for over 4 months,i have done ECG,ECHO,X-RAY,tissue and blood test but everything is perfect,though i was diagnosed for high blood pressure,i stopped smoking and drinking but i still have these pains

If your all above mentioned reports are normal then no need to worry for major heart or lung related diseases.
Possibility of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) is more.
GERD is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause symptoms.
It is more common in smokers.
So better to consult gastroenterologist and get done upper GI (gastrointestinal) scopy to confirm this.
Take pantoprazole tablet on empty stomach twice daily.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Avoid hot and spicy food.
