Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Stiffness On Hand
Question: Hai I have sponytlo arthritis for the last 4 years. i am taking Saaz ds twice every day. I am 30yrs old 62 kg. Initially the pain was on my legs and it has reached to neck. Now I have pain (burning) on both the shoulder and hands. I cant even take a pen. It will come and go. I have chest pain, stiffness on hand, morning sickness, etc. what may be the reason.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that all these symptoms you are mentioning are related to your underlying disease thats spondyloarthropathy . It signifies flare of disease . You need to get ESR, CRP done to see the disease activity .
You may take etoricoxib 90 mg once daily as antiinflammatory if there is no contraindication or as prescribed by your treating rheumatologist . And its advisable to see your treating doctor at the earliest so that your treatment can be optimised. You can send me the prescription as well so that we can guide you further.
If your disease is not controlled with DMARDS the the option of taking biological drugs like infliximab must be considered. Any other concerns please let me know.
