Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Nausea
Question: Hello...I have this symptoms when I m resting like I m getting stable angina :
-disconfortable chest pain like pressure at left side and my left arms some times .
-I feel nausea is like coming from the heart not from stomach.
-I feel some time like the air not go inside my lung or my heart.
-I get this symptoms almost every day it's lasting few minutes but like yesterday I cnt sleep from this weird feeling like I m nt get air..and the syptoms it was strong all the night.....so I wanna tell u that's I m done ekg .echo.stress test.lungs x Ray.blood tests including chlorestol.and ultra sound for all kidney. lever.stomach. and and..all every test came fine....so do you think stress test not enough to show if I have any blocked or narrow arteries.. or I have to go next step as nuclear or heart cather.I m 32years old male.I was smoking 1box every day for 16years. but I quite since I get this symptoms since junuay for this year.so what could be my problem and what u recommend me to do plss.thank you

If you had exercise stress echo test done, which was negative for ischemia, there is very low possibility, that you have ischemia.
Your symptoms can be connected either esophagitis or anxiety.
If your symptoms get worse after eating or at at night, then the most probable cause is esophagitis.
Spine problems, costochondritis can cause such symptoms as well.
