Hello,
Thanks for using healthcare magic. Cervical spondylitis needs following treatment.
1.Physiotherapy to improve neck muscle strengthening exercises.
2.Tablet Pregabalin M one at night time.
3.Hot water fomentation at back of neck. Avoid keeping neck in same position for long time.
4.Intermittent cervical traction exercises.
5.Cervical collar can be worn when your travelling or doing any jerky activities.
These steps will be helpful in treating cervical spondylitis. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
6. I suggest to meet an occupational therapist with BOT (bachelor of occupational therapy), they can guide you the postures while at work.
