Brief Answer:
You may be having vitamin and trace elements deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are most probably having vitamin and trace elements specially vitamin D and vitamin B12. You should get tested yourself for vitamin D and vitamin B12. If found low you can supplements of vitamin D3( for vitamin D) and Mecobalamin ( for vitamin B12). You are likely to be benefitted by vitamins, calcium and trace elements supplements. For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen 400 mg whenever required (if you have pain).
Further I will advise you to undergo tests of blood sugar ( to rule out diabetis) and Thyroid function tests i.e. T3,T4 and TSH (to exclude thyroid disease). These are also causes of such pains.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
