Brief Answer:
This is due to infection of Urethra (Urethritis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had oral sex and since then have burning in urethra .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you have unprotected sex ?
2) Do you have burning while passing urine?
3) Is there any discharge from urethra.?
4) Is there itching of the genital.?

Ora cavity is full of multiple bacterial flora hence one is likely to acquire infection of the urethra(Urethritis) due to oral sex .

Please get following basic tests done to help to establish diagnosis.
1) Routine urine and urine culture
2) Swab test and culture of a discharge from urethra.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily .

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute.

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these test and culture report.

Hi. Thank you for answering my questions. I have seen 4 different doctors and they all couldn't answer. They just scared me by saying that I most likely have herpes or an std. But to answer your questions. Yes it was unprotected oral sex and yes when I urinate it seems to get worse for an hour or so. There is no discharge or itching. How do I get these medications issued to me?The doctors I've seen say that they can't proscribed me any medications because my blood test are negative and my urine test have no white cells. So they said I have no infection.
