Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Flesh Protruding From Vagina

Question: I am 25, female, sexually active. Recently i find there is an extension of flesh in the anterior side of my vaginal hole which I have to push in and insert something. Its painless but the surface is not smooth. When I inserted my finger and brought the flesh in front, I found its filled with many flesh coloured bumps including one-two finger like protrusion. Could this be an STD? I have painful urination (during and after). At times near urethra, other times near clitorial area. I am detected with anal fissures too.

Can you take a different pic ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Can you upload a photograph without having inserted your finger beneath the flesh , just part the labia and take a picture ?
That would be more helpful.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

I have uploaded another picture. Hope this will help you. Just wanted to know whether that flesh inside the vaginal hole is normal or not? If normal, why do I have several bumps on it? Kindly tell me a probable diagnosis.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be normal vaginal folds, needs more evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
This does not seem to be an STD.
These are just excessive vaginal mucosal folds.
The types vary amongst women, and some women have more foldings of the vaginal wall.
Yes, in my opinion these are normal ( anatomical ) vaginal folds.
It needs further internal inspection ( using special instruments ) to check if there is a vaginal polyp there.
Anal fissures occur due to constipation, try and avoid it.
Use a lubricant ( KY jelly - vaseline ) during sex.
Also, regarding the urination issues, please get a urine routine microscopy test and a urine culture test done.
Take care.
You should have a thorough internal exam by a gynecologist, as these folds should be examined in detail to rule out a polyp or internal warts.

Thank you ma'am. I will surely visit a doctor soon. In the first two pictures, the flesh (which I pulled out from inside) has many, tiny fleshy clusters of bumps on it.It looks like blisters but without fluid. Its not painful. What are those? Are they normal? I am worried about those bumps on the flesh.Kindly reply

I think the vaginal mucosal flesh should be smooth. But my flesh near the introitus is not smooth but bumpy. Do you think those bumps could be genital warts?

My urine routine test, culture and ultrasonography reports(full abdomen) are normal.

Brief Answer:
The bumps are normal glands in the area, dont worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again dear.
The flesh that you pulled out is an extra long vaginal fold or a polyp ( As I said, I need to examine you internally to determine exactly which of these is true ).
The normal vaginal mucosa in this area has these kinds of glands scattered on it, which look like small tiny bumps.
NEar the introitus and near the clitoris, the glands give the appearance of bumps.
I know the fear and confusion with genital warts.
I do not think these are warts.
However, I hope you understand that with an online ( e - consultation ) , I cannot thoroughly examine you with the appropriate instruments to conclusively state that this is the case.
I can give my opinion, which is - These are mostly not genital warts.
HOwever, only a Specialist examination can confirm this.
Do stay in touch with what transpires after the exam.
