Brief Answer:
folliculitis and UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
The presence of hair bumps which developed after shaving with presence of burning and itching around vagina indicates that you have developed folliculitis or infection of follicles which have secondarily caused a possible urinary tract infection leading to burning while urination. You need to get a urine culture test done and then would have to be placed on sensitive antibiotics for treatment of the same. In the meantime, you may apply ointment soframycin locally which can help you relieve your local infection.
