Question: Hello, I am 26 yrO male that has a huge fear of MS. My first symptom started roughly 17 months ago. I was experiencing some pain/discomfort in my upper right rib cage that was accompanied with gas and constipation. Following the pain, I started to develop severe muscle twitching, vibrations, tingling sensations and serve anxiety. All of these symptoms were and are body wide. I went to the doctor for the pain in which they did a CT and MRI of the abdomen which were normal. I then had a CT scan of my brain which was normal along with numerous rounds of blood work all normal. I went to a neurologist for the twitching and fear of ALS and he ordered an EMG and did a full physical workup and told me I am healthy as can be and I have BFS and anxiety. After being on an SSRI for a year or so I was OK until the symptoms picked up again while I was in pharmacy school. I decided to go and get a second opinion from another neurologist. This neuro did another round of blood work which was normal and a physical exam which again was normal. She told me she was 99% sure it was not MS and ordered an MRI of my C spine to ease my mind. I am currently waiting for that test and I am at my end with fear over this disease. I am still capable of lifting and walking long distance etc. Prior to all of this I had an MRI of the brain 3 years ago which was normal. I am looking for some insight on my symptoms and also would a MRI of C spine be enough to rule out MS or should I also ask for an updated MRI of the brain.Also, I have been experiencing terrible sinuses issues. All levels were checked. Only problem with mentation is anxiety and fear of MS. No pain, and currently restarted my SSrI
