Information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

It's hard to say what is causing the migratory sharp pains and twitching without an exam and possibly some tests.

The bloating and abdominal and back pain can be from trapped gas in the intestinal tract. You can try simethicone (such as GasX) to help break that up. Sometimes when people have these symptoms from gas, there can also be hyperacidity or stomach irritation. So in addition to the simethicone, you might want to consider taking an H2 blocker (Zantac 150 mg twice a day).

This would not explain the buttock pain and twitching. Sometimes stress can cause something like this. There are neurological problems that can cause it too, but they usually don't come on abruptly over 1 week.

I am wondering where you are at in your menstrual cycle, as some of these symptoms can happen after ovulation (the last 2 weeks of the cycle).
