Suggest Treatment For Back Pain In The Upper Right Side
Question: I have had upper right side back pain for 5 days...comes and goes. My mom died of oancreatic cancer so I am really nervous as I know it can present as back pain. I am having an ultrasound in 2 day to ease my mind. Will the ultrasound be able to show enough to ease my mind?

Pain is last symptom to be seen in Pancreatic cancer and presence of pain indicates Advanced cancer. From the description given by you it is unlikely to be pancreatic cancer in the absence of any other symptoms.
