Question: I have arthritis in my right shoulder that is not painful. For several months I have recurring numbness in my right hand, sometimes going from my right elbow through my fingers. Could the arthritis be causing the numbness?

Avoid putting pillow under the neck or use soft pillow while going to sleep.
