Brief Answer:
Adding mirtazapine may help, go for CBT also

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.

Your problem is really severe.

Adding mirtazapine to your current medications may help.
Also go for CBT - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy simultaneously. This is a type of psychotherapy.

Discuss my recommendations with your treating doctor.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr Chintan Solanki.

Brief Answer:
prozac is non sedative, r-TMS and biofeedback are alternatives

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for delayed response. Thanks for clarification about medicines.

Other remaining options are prozac, wellbutrin and buspirone. Fast acting drugs are only benzo and that you are already taking like klonopin.

Other approaches are biofeedback relaxation and r-TMS (trans magnetic stimulation). At last ECT - electro convulsion therapy can be given which may help medicines to be effective.

I hope you have been checked for thyroid and vitamin deficiency of B12 and D.

Discuss above recommendations to your doctor and you can try suitable one.

Feel free to discuss further.
