as per test you have ankylosing spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
AS per your test you are suffering from ankylosing spondylitis.
AS is difficult to treat,
Some patients may get relief with sazo 500 .
you also can take indocap.
Many of my patients get relief with yoga and pranayama, and XXXXXXX XXXXXXX so you can also start that.
To avoid stiffness you need to focus on exercises.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to ask. I will be happy to answer your question. Take care.

Sir, is it necessary to take medicines?

is it not possible for me to recover my health just by rest and soft exercises , pranayaam etc. ?

What do you think, how much time is it going to be well again?

It is not necessary to take medicine always.

Yes you need to continue daily joint exercises to avoid stiffness.

If you do daily exercises ,yoga and pranayama with meditation ,soon you will be well.
There can be seasonal and stress induced aggravation which you need to balance.
