Brief Answer:
Possible insect bite allergy or urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hi...Thank you for uploading the image before hand for a speedy diagnosis. Skin conditions are best diagnosed only after seeing directly.

This looks like a insect bite allergy which is spreading and with a possible secondary infection as the lesions are having a red circumferential skin.

I suggest you not to apply anything on the skin right now (as there is a chance of secondary infection)

You can give him some over the counter anti allergic (approved in your country) to him orally to night and see the doctor tomorrow.

You can use Hydroxyzine (Benadryl) at 1-2mg/kg/dose every 6th to 8th hourly.

Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.

Regards - Dr. Sumanth MBBS., DCH., DNB (Paed).,
