Brief Answer:
Pulmonologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since you are having klebsiella pneumonia infection which has colonized and is at
>100,000 units per unit you must consult a pulmonologist first.

You are allergic to almost all medicines because your parents were Rh-O+ and had chicken pox during pregnancy.

Your body's immune system is producing a substance (antibody) called IgE against that drug.

When you are taking any medicines the IgE is telling your white blood cells to make a chemical called histamine, which causes your allergy symptoms.

You must then consult an allergy specialist after you see a pulmonologist who will do a blood test and will decide to start an antibiotic to treat your infection which you are not allergic to.

I did read it a long time ago on another of my tablets. I am wondering wether we can fix the IgE levels. I don't think I can undo what has happened to my body, but if we can get rid of the Klebsiella pneumonia, Dr.'s might not be so frightened of me. They think I'm crazy and not really allergic, so every time I HA e to go t o the ER to prove that I. Am actually allergic. I allergic to all antibiotics, except the Zpak. C a n we maybe fix my IgE levels so I get better. I'm bedridden and on oxygen. My lungs are collapsed with a sticky milk distance. I have shading on my vocal cords. I have had nodules on my vocal cords as a young woman I was an athlete, on my way to Olympics, I was crew captain and had to be heard across a huge lake at 6 am every morning for about 4 years in the summer.
My mother is 92, she feels guilty. But I feel great that I actually have something I can hold onto. Because I love to laugh and I love life and if I could get any of it back. Maybe I could do things again. Is there any way to take this info and turn my life around at 58 years of age? Thanks, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
take antihistamines and steroid group of drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Do not lose hope.

Yes you can fix IgE levels by taking antihistamines and steroid group of drugs.

When no alternative is available and the medication is essential, a desensitization procedure to the medication may be recommended.

This involves gradually introducing the medication in small doses until the therapeutic dose is achieved.

You can consult your doctor regarding the above drugs and after the desensitization procedure sensitive antibiotic needs to be taken to get rid of Klebsiella pneumonia.

If you have no more clarifications then please rate the answer and close the thread.

I have tried desensitization. I h..be tried infusions, but when someone is alone they freak, as I have gotten red 'man's face. Does that mean my Lupus will go away nd my R/A will get Bette r along with my MS and my hypercellular 85 % bone marrow
And my red blood cells will go back to normal. High fevers, UTI s will go away, my kidney will clear up and I will healthful and nit bedridden any longer?

Brief Answer:
Quality of life will get better

Detailed Answer:
Hi

If your Klebsiella pneumonia infection can be treated by some sensitive antibiotic after desensitization and you do not develop allergy to that drug then there will be gradual improvement in your symptoms.

Your problems may not go away totally but you may have a better quality of life.
