Brief Answer:
Kindly provide certain details

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to be developing hair loss over scalp secondary to folliculitis.
But I would like to find out the cause of itching over the scalp. Follicular infection can lead to hair loss. Please tell if you have any seborrhoeic dermatitis or dandruff of the scalp too since dandruff can lead to itching and further development of follicular infection.
Please tell if you use hair oil and if yes which hair oil do you apply?
Do you have any whitish scales with itching or any acne like lesions over face ,chest and upper back as well.

I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me with the above details.

Brief Answer:
Dandruff with folliculitis lesion, take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I can sense that your main problem is that of seborrhoeic dermatitis along with acneiform lesions over the scalp and body.
You basically need to start using an dandruff shampoo like scalpe shampoo twice a week. Leave it on hair for five minutes before rinsing it off.
It addition, apply zydip lotion at night daily to the scalp.
Take tablet fluconazole 150 mg once a week for two weeks.
You might also need to take a short antibiotics course along. Take tablet azithromycin 500 mg once a day for five days.
This treatment will take care of the painful folliculitis lesions and dandruff.
Now as far as the hair fall is concerned, since you have stated that you are loosing hair from a particular side of scalp, I would request you to click some close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page. I would like to see the pattern of hair loss before deciding further management.

Brief Answer:
Male pattern hair loss, need long term treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the attached pictures.

Your problem is basically that of male pattern hair loss. This can lead to thinning of hair at the vertex which is happening in your case.
So you need a long term treatment for the same so as to prevent any further hair loss and also regain the lost hair.
Start application of minoxidil ten percent lotion one ml twice a day over the affected areas of scalp . Apply zydip lotion once a day, sometime in the evening.
Wash hair twice a week with scalpe shampoo as told before.
You can take tablet fluconazole 150 mg once a week for two weeks.
Take levocetrizine once a day for two weeks.
You need to follow the above treatment regularly.
Application of minoxidil and zydip lotion along with the shampoo will continue for a longer time . You can stop the oral medicines after two weeks.

Remember that you need to take long term treatment to get good results in your problem.
