From past few days i am having lots of acidity. I feel puking. Appetite is normal. Urine is normal colored. Bowel twice or thrice but normal.

My impression is Gastritis with mild Enteritis
I studied your query and understood your health concerns.
The Strong nauseating and vomiting sensation needs to be worked out in your case.
I would advise you to consult your ER physician.I would advise stool exam with occult blood/ ova cyst / Complete Blood Count.
-In the mean while I would advise following treatment suggestions-
a-Tab proton pump inhibitors with domperidone to take care of nausea and gastritis you have
b-Tab -Ofloxacin with ornidazole -is advisable to control the -GI infection-due to mild enteritis as indicated by 3-4 frequency of bowel movements.
c-Skimmed watery buttermilk -to suit the appetite
d-hpbd-(High protein bland) soft diet for 1 wk
e-no tea / coffee / tobacco /alcohol and outside food -for 1 wk.
This would help you to recoup till the stool report and the progress with these treatment suggestions would be reported from you.
You have to get these treatment suggestions to be executed under your ER doctor.
-Revert back after 2 days with
f-Bland liquid diet x for 1 wk
