Brief Answer:
Possibly folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXX

From the description given it is likely to be Folliculitis( inflammation and infection of hair follicle) which could be result of shaving. Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination, providing clinical photograph will be helpful for assessment.

I would suggest you the following

1. Hot water fomentation
2. Local application of antibiotic ointment
3. Analgesic
4. Oral antibiotic

Awaiting your response

Take care
