Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. I didn't get your picture. Please upload it again in report section. From the symptoms you described it sounds like Psoriatic rash.

Is there any scaly appearance ? Any silvery appearance?
Have you tried any medications?

If it is psoriasis then using salicylic acid and corticosteroid clobetasol combination ointments along with liquid paraffin oil for local application will be helpful. Avoid using soaps on the area. You can use green gram powder instead of soap.

Taking anti histamines like Cetirizine (zyrtec) 10 mg once daily will be helpful to get relief from itching in case you having it more.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Looks like fungal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

I have gone through the picture. It looks like fungal infection and associated dermatitis. I would suggest using ointments with combination of anti fungal agents like miconazole and corticosteroids like hydrocortisone for local application. This is available in brands like daktarin as over the counter. Avoid soaps and irritants. Use warm water for washing. Use loose underwear. Using antihistamines like cetirizine (zyrtec) will be helpful to get relief from itching.
If there is no improvement taking oral anti fungal agents like Fluconazole is advised also. Using Vitamin E vitamin A aloe vera emollient combination is also good. Taking oral vitamin E and C is also helpful to recover from fungal infection and dermatitis faster.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
