Question: The last couple days ive been lightheaded
Kinda feeling i dont really know what is going ob with me ive got gerd and anxietey
I do have chest pains and left arm pains i think im having heart attack symptoms im not short of breath when my chest hurts its more burning my blood pressure id good i feel like im having palipatatins
