Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

"As" per your history it is due to generalized anxiety disorder[GAD] and it has no relation with your present medications which you are taking. To confirm it you need a psychological questionnaires by your doctor.so you can do few things like this at home which may help your problem-:

(a)Do early treatment by a clinical psychologist and if confirmed he will add psychotherapy and medications like antidepressants.

(b)Keep a track of your personal life which will identify stress

(c)you can reduce anxiety by carefully managing your time and energy

(d)Try to avoid alcohol, caffeine, nicotine etc

(e)Steep two to three teaspoons of dried chamomile, preferably German chamomile, in a cup of hot water for five minutes. Strain it and, if you wish, add honey and cinnamon to it. Drink this tea a 3 times a day for about one month or until you see improvement or you can Add one or two teaspoons of dried XXXXXXX to one cup of hot water. Let it steep for about 10 minutes, and then strain it. Drink this tea daily until you are satisfied with the results.

Hope that helps
